What's actually in these?

Medjool dates, nut butter, and sea salt. That's it.

No fillers, no artificial flavours, no seed oils, no added sugar, no preservatives.
How many dates are in a pack?

Four pre-stuffed dates in a pack.

Each pack is 70g total.

Are these refrigerated/ how to store them?

They are shelf-stable for 2 months, so no refrigeration needed.

However, if you'd like to extend it even further, you can refrigerate or freeze them. Simply allow it to thaw for 5 minutes for best taste.

Are they nut-free?

The Peanut Butter and Almond Butter flavours contain nuts. The Sunflower Butter flavour is completely nut-free and made in a dedicated allergen-friendly environment. It's perfect for school lunchboxes!

When do you ship?

We produce in small batches every two weeks. Orders placed before Wednesday at 5 PM, ship the next Monday.
